Gail Olson, President
Gail founded the College Hill Foundation after years of volunteering in the neighborhood, and has also launched initiatives like Women on Mission and the Seeds of Grace Lavender Farm. Her leadership has brought more than $1 million in grants to College Hill and earned her recognition including the St. Louis Women of Achievement Award.
Fred Kimbrough, Vice President
Fred has served the College Hill neighborhood for over 10 years, beginning his work with Lutheran Housing Support on revitalization projects. When that organization closed, properties it had prepared for new development were transferred to the College Hill Foundation, where Fred continues to lead efforts to strengthen the community.
Teri Rose, Secretary
Teri is a fifth-generation resident of the College Hill neighborhood and a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She has been active in the community since 1992 and retired in 2012 after more than 30 years of service as an operational auditor with the Department of Defense.
Nicole Turner Ridley, Treasurer
Nicole Turner Ridley is a community development leader with over 20 years of experience in equitable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and resident-centered initiatives. She brings expertise in strategy, program design, and public-private collaboration, with a deep commitment to strengthening communities from within.
