What we’ve accomplished:

Home repairs on over 160 homes + 8 new homes have been built and sold.

Through partnerships with Lutheran Housing Support Corporation and the St. Louis Police department, neighborhood crime was reduced by 40%.
3.
The CHF with Lutheran Housing built a neighborhood park, transforming abandoned, unsafe land for area children, positively impacting their physical and social health and helping all residents feel safer and more connected.
