Gail Olson, President

Gail founded the College Hill Foundation after years of volunteering in the neighborhood, and has also launched initiatives like Women on Mission and the Seeds of Grace Lavender Farm. Her leadership has brought more than $1 million in grants to College Hill and earned her recognition including the St. Louis Women of Achievement Award.

 
 

Fred Kimbrough, Executive Director

Fred has over 30 years of community development and affordable housing experience. He has served the College Hill neighborhood for over 10 years, beginning with Lutheran Housing Support on revitalization projects and now as the Executive Director of the College Hill Foundation, where Fred continues to lead efforts to strengthen the community.

 
 

Teri Rose, Secretary

Teri is a fifth-generation resident of the College Hill neighborhood and a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She has been active in the community since 1992 and retired in 2012 after more than 30 years of service as an operational auditor with the Department of Defense.

 
 

Nicole Turner Ridley, Treasurer

Nicole Turner Ridley is a community development leader with over 20 years of experience in equitable housing, neighborhood revitalization, and resident-centered initiatives. She brings expertise in strategy, program design, and public-private collaboration, with a deep commitment to strengthening communities from within.

 
 
 

Anna Paul

Anna has more than 25 years of nonprofit and corporate management experience, with expertise in development and grant writing. She is the co-founder of Women on Mission Saint Louis and serves on the Board of the College Hill Foundation.

 

Rev. Dr. Roosevelt Gray, Jr.

Rev. Dr. Roosevelt Gray, Jr. is the former director of LCMS Black Ministry, where he guided congregations and schools serving Black communities and African immigrants nationwide. He has also held mission and pastoral roles in Michigan, Detroit, Fort Wayne, and Houston, with a lifelong commitment to outreach in diverse communities.

Rev. Dwight E. Dickinson Sr.

Rev. Dwight E. Dickinson Sr. has served as Pastor of Great Commission Lutheran Church since 2005. A graduate of Jackson State University and Concordia Seminary, he previously retired from a career with AT&T. He is active in his fraternity and community, and brings dedication and faith to his service with the College Hill Foundation.

 
 

Lizzy Jones, Longtime College Hill Resident

Lizzy Jones is a lifelong resident of the College Hill neighborhood, where she also raised her two children. A graduate of Beaumont High School, she went on to attend St. Louis Community College and has remained deeply rooted in the community throughout her life.

 
 

Bill Butler, Longtime College Hill Resident

Bill Butler proudly served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, including a tour in Vietnam. Since completing his service, he has dedicated himself to giving back to the College Hill community — the neighborhood he calls home and the heart of his lifelong commitment.
